Delivery destinations can be used to send your files to different offsite locations at different points in your SendMyAd or Virtual Publisher workflow.
Setup and Management
To setup or manage delivery location:
Sign into the website
You must have the proper rights to manage your company. You should see the Company Profile item in the left menu of the main application window.
After opening the company details view you should see a Delivery Destinations area on the right side of the screen.
Here you can add and manage delivery destinations.
Each delivery destination can be setup to automatically send a copy of your file at a specific point in your workflow or be made available to do manual deliveries when ever you are ready.

FTPS (FTP over SSH)
Internal Move
Supports Kodak Insite installations and other various custom technologies.
Managing Ad Specification Filters
Ad specification delivery filters allow you to define exactly which ad specifications should be used for the selected delivery. This information can be managed in the ad specification details view but it can also be managed from the delivery location itself. Only print ad delivery locations support filtering by ad specifications.
To manage the filters, go to your company profile and choose the delivery locations spin down on the right side. Here you will see a button on the delivery rows which says "Manage Specification Filters". Opening this popup allows you to choose each publication and each ad specification. Turning the check box on means that any time an ad is delivered if the specification size matches the checked size, it will be delivered to the selected delivery location.
Note: if you turn all specifications on more than one delivery location, each location will deliver the file. This could result in files being delivered twice.
Selecting a publication on the left, renders a list of ad specifications on the right. Each checked ad specification will deliver to the selected location when a file is uploaded to it.
