If you need to replace an ad with a new file, you can do so by revising the existing ad:
Go to View > Print Ads
Locate and select the ad you wish to revise to enter the preflight view of the ad.
Click the Revise Ad button.
On the "Choose a Revision Type" window, select "Upload A New File".
Enter a Revision Reason when prompted, and choose your new file.
Some publishers allow ads to be revised even when the original ad has already been approved and completed:
Go to View > Print Ads
Locate and select the completed ad you wish to revise to enter its preflight view.
In the "Actions" menu in the lower right, select "Re-upload Ad".
Follow steps 4 and 5 from above.
Note: Please notify your publisher if you are revising a completed ad to ensure that the most recent version is used.
How to remove an ad
If you wish to remove an ad that has not been approved, you can do so by following the steps below. If you have already approved the ad, please contact the publisher to have it removed.
Go to View > Print Ads
Locate and select the completed ad you wish to remove to enter its preflight view.
In the "Actions" menu in the lower right, select "Remove Ad".
How to add or remove issues that your ad will run in
If you have uploaded an ad and wish to change the issues that the ad will run in, you can do so using the following process. Note: This can only be done if the ad has not been approved. Please contact your publisher if you have already approved the ad and need to make a change.
Go to View > Print Ads
Locate the ad you wish to modify and select it to enter the preflight view.
Click the "More Information" button at the top left to view the "Ad Details" column if it is not already visible.
Within the "Ad Details" column, click the "Job Ticket" dropdown to view the options within it.
Scroll down to "Issues Running In:" under the "Job Ticket" dropdown.
Click the "Edit Issues" button.
In the "Editing Issues" window, click the "Add to list" button next to the issue(s) you wish to have the ad run in, and click the "Remove from list" button next to the issues you do no wish the ad to run in.
Click the "Done" button.
How to change the ad specification your ad ran against without re-uploading the file
If you have uploaded an ad to the incorrect ad spec in error, and wish to change the existing ad to a different ad spec, you can do so using the following process. Note: This can only be done if the ad has not been approved. Please contact your publisher if you have already approved the ad and need to make a change.
Go to View > Print Ads
Locate the ad you wish to modify and select it to enter the preflight view.
Under the "Other Available Actions" option to the right of the ad, select "Revise Ad".
In the "Choose A Revision Type" window, select "Change The Ad Size".
Select the new Ad Size you wish to use, and color profile if necessary.
Click "Submit Change".
How to re-size the ad without re-uploading the file
If you have uploaded an ad are receiving a "Trim Size Is Incorrect" error, this can be corrected by using the trim tool to trim the ad to fit the ad spec.
If you are already viewing the ad, skip to Step 3, otherwise Go to View > Print Ads
Locate the ad you wish to modify and select it to enter the preflight view.
To the right of the ad under "This Ad Must Be Repositioned" click the "Reposition Ad" button to launch the trim tool.
Within the trim tool, you will see your ad placed within the dimensions of the ad spec your ad was uploaded to.
Verify that your appropriately fits within the dimensions of the ad spec.
If your ad does not fit within the ad spec, you can use the tools on the right to adjust the placement and size of the ad.
Click "Trim & Save".
Note: The option to reposition the ad will only be available if a trim error is the only error present within the file. If there are additional errors besides the trim error then the "Reposition Ad" option will not be available as trimming the ad will not correct those additional errors.
